CEO & Founding Partner Chris Brown spent over 14 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand before international corporate strategy and business development roles led him on a management and cultural odyssey to Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and the UK, stopping off in Paris to complete an MBA. Chris also gained senior management experience in the USA, Canada and South Africa.
It was while at PwC in NZ that Chris first met Founding Partner Paul Hackett, at the time one of two Saatchi & Saatchi Managing Directors based in Wellington, NZ. Originally from the UK and a former guest lecturer at the IDM, Paul had strategic and commercial responsibility for the NZ agency's direct marketing and database management operation before returning to be Managing Partner and, subsequently, COO of the top five integrated marketing services agency, TEQUILA\London
The third Founding Partner Rupert Gravelle has over 20 years experience in the technology, service, retail and consumer goods categories, culminating in senior commercial and marketing roles for Coca-Cola in EMEA and Pepsi Cola International in Central Europe
Senior responsibilities at Bhs and ASDA then gave Rupert hands-on experience of the challenges facing every major retailer so, together, we bring the knowledge and understanding of what’s required to build competitive advantage
